1.安裝竣工后的鼓風(fēng)機在啟動前應(yīng)行手動轉(zhuǎn)動，檢查有無異常碰撞與摩擦，電動機的旋向是否正確，進出口閥門是否在小流量狀態(tài)。
2.風(fēng)機運行時應(yīng)注意風(fēng)機和電機內(nèi)部有無異常聲響，漏油，異常的振動或軸承溫升過高，電機電流過，地腳松動等不正?，F(xiàn)象，并及時排除。
3.新風(fēng)機使用5000小時后要更換軸承油脂。

6.風(fēng)機每工作半年需檢修次，清楚風(fēng)機流道內(nèi)積塵和油污。
